• When your business is relocating to a brand new facility and you require assistance with the design and construction of your new fitout, including associated items e.g. workstations, custom made joinery, general office furniture.
  
• When vacating an existing tenancy, you are required by the landlord to undertake a “Makegood” of the facility, we can assist by knocking down existing partitions and internal walls as required and return the facility to its original layout and condition.
• When  considering a “facelift” to an existing and “dated” office fitout, we can assist you with an initial Free consultation with our Designer who will guide you with ideas for new colour schemes, new carpet and a revised layout of existing office space to enhance your work environment.
• When  you need to accommodate additional staff into an existing office space and require a revised floor layout and/or building of new offices – our Consultant will meet with you on site to fully understand your requirements, establish the required “scope of works” and provide you with a “Fixed Lump Sum” proposal which will ensure that your project will remain within budget.
