EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL OFFICE

INTERIOR DESIGNER


  • Expert in 3D Imaging and 3D Walkthroughs
  • Flexible part-time role:  Approx 15 to 20 hours p.w.


Main role is to create fantastic visual presentations to help win design and construct lump sum corporate office fitout projects up to $2M in value.
Should suit interior designer who enjoys selling interior concepts to corporate office fitout market. 
 
Varied and challenging role where you will provide design and creative insight, as well as sales initiatives to win the project.
 
Must be commercially astute to interpret the client’s needs in line with their “quality” and “budget” expectations.
 
Experienced with the latest types of office interiors incl. workstations, office furniture, office joinery and office filing systems in the Sydney market.
 
Must have demonstrated experience in:
1. All types CAD 3D including Archicad.
2. Creating winning concept plans.
3. 3D visuals of office interiors
4. Perspectives of reception areas and boardrooms.
5. Digital colour boards and material samples.
6. Rendered images of workstations and office furniture.
7. Creating Powerpoint presentations to send to client’s head office.
8. Experience with estimating preliminary budgets.
9. Experience in co-ordinating with building managers and essential services consultants in CBD A Grade buildings.
10. Drawing office interior plans on CAD including partitioning plans, workstation plans, suspended ceiling plans, joinery elevation plans etc.


Must have own laptop, mobile, ABN and insurances.
