An outdated office fitout needing to be renovated in line with a dynamic global re-branding! Action conducted a full 1200m2 office refurbishment for Reckitt Benckiser at West Ryde.

An energetic environment which portrayed "team spirit” and “achievement” was created by coloured product graphics, encouraging slogans and welcoming breakout areas.

As the floor was occupied with office staff, the project had to be completed over four stages. Firstly staff were moved to temporary locations within the building for the first stage. Temporary plastic screens were erected around the work zone enabling office staff to continue to work as normal. Any noisy work was performed outside of normal office hours so that there was no interference to office staff.

Once the first stage was finished, staff from stage two then relocated to their newly refurbished office space. This process was repeated for all four stages, until the project was fully complete.
