1. What size office fitout projects does your company undertake?

Many of our new fitouts and large refurbishments range in value between $50K and $1M, but we also undertake various smaller maintenance type projects for our existing clients.


2. Does your organisation provide an onsite consultancy service?

, at Action Commercial Interiors we consider this initial onsite consultation with prospective customers absolutely critical to both understanding the proposed “scope of works”, as well as gaining an insight into the nature of your business and company culture. This, in turn enables us to “tailor” an office fitout solution to best suit all your needs.


3. Does Action Commercial Interiors undertake all aspects of the office fitout process?

, as a “One Stop Shop” solution for all your office fitout requirements, Action Commercial Interiors can assist you with design concept, design documentation and budgeting through to construction and Project Management as per the defined “scope of works”. We co-ordinate and manage the required services which can include partitioning, ceilings, workstations, painting, electrical, office furniture, council approval, quality control, relocation services to final office fitout handover and occupation.


4. What is the procedure after I receive my proposal?


Depending on the project, we can do any of the following for you:

  • Detailed drawings to your requirements
  • Construction programming for your office fitout, if required
  • Sample board of finishes, if required
  • Full design and documentation service if required


5. Does Action Commercial Interiors undertake alterations to an existing office design?


Yes, this constitutes a large part of our “core projects” for clients due to business restructures, mergers and downsizing. These business decisions often result in a need to redesign existing office layout to incorporate additional staff and workstations, building new offices, expanding the boardroom or just simply refurbishing and upgrading a “dated” office fitout.


6. Do you supply all the specialist Consultancy Services that are required in a large office fitout.


Yes
, we supply consultancy services for architectural services, filing and storage, engineering services, private certifier for council approval, air conditioning, fire protection, IT and telecommunications, laboratory design, tenancy leasing and relocation services, and any other Consultancy Services that may be required for a particular project.
