Project Description
Due to the location of this building being in a cyclonic area all external eaves, walls, and some internal walls were built with heavy duty steel framing with compressed fibre cement sheeting being applied as the finished product.
Internally there were fire rated walls, feature metal strip ceilings, suspended panel and flushed plasterboard ceilings.
